Jaideep is a Youth and Child Development professional. His expertise is in business development, fundraising, and strategy with over 22 + years of experience, including 4+ years in Corporate America. Having successfully set up multiple impact programs across diverse industries, Jaideep strives to apply all his learnings in MTP. As the co-founder, he oversees program development, fundraising, partnerships & collaborations at MTP.

Rajni, a resident of the Bhanwar Singh Camp Vasant Vihar has more than a decade of experience working with NGOs and the development sector. Her past stints included the Magic Bus Foundation and the Naz Foundation. Having done her Bachelor’s in Social Work, she is determined to create a lasting impact in the space. At MTP, she handles day-to-day operations, manages volunteers and makes sure the program delivery remains on track.

Hammad was born, and raised in the Nizamuddin Basti where he remains an integral part of it. A beneficiary of the Aga Khan Trust programs and a volunteer with Sair-e-Nizamuddin. He comes with an extensive knowledge of social impact programs. A personal fitness trainer adept having learned from the National Skills Qualification Framework, Hammad oversees the impact link between MTP sessions and S4D frameworks.

Shatarupa Chatterjee leads Strategic Partnerships at More Than Play, bringing a rich background in fundraising for social impact. She builds meaningful collaborations that strengthen our mission, amplify our reach, and help scale holistic, play-based solutions for underserved children and communities.

A dedicated sport for development practitioner, Shahnawaz has build his specialisation in coaching children from a tennis background. At More Than Play, he also oversees the digital literacy program as well as the pickleball program.

Rabia began her journey with More Than Play as a passionate community volunteer. Now a Program Manager, she brings deep local insight, compassion, and leadership to the team—championing children’s rights and creating safe, inclusive spaces for learning and growth.

Kanchan started her journey with More Than Play as a committed volunteer from the community. Now a Program Manager, she leads with empathy and strength, inspiring others and driving impactful programs that uplift children, youth, and families across Delhi’s underserved areas.

Laxmita Thapa began her journey with More Than Play as a dedicated tutor. Today, as Program Manager, she brings passion, leadership, and deep community insight to drive meaningful change for children and families across underserved neighborhoods.

Jagdish comes with over 10 years of experience in the development sector, where he’s harnessed the power of sports to drive community impact. His journey includes roles as a Community Impact Coach with Coaches Across Continents and a Football Coach with Kutumb Foundation
